QUESTIONS

Everything you'd ask before hiring a remote seller

Straight answers, including the ones that are not in our favor. If something here is unclear, email info@groect.com and we will tell you plainly.

Pricing and commitment

What does it cost?

We quote per role, because a senior closer and a part-time setter are not the same hire. One flat monthly fee covers the rep, recruiting, payroll, HR, reporting and coaching. There is no setup fee, no placement fee and no recruiting fee.

For context: a fully loaded US sales hire passes $100,000 a year. Offshore seats start near $900 a month and are priced by the hour. We sit between the two on purpose. Tell us the role and you will have a number within one business day.

Do I pay anything before I hire?

No. Shortlists, recorded sample calls and interviews cost nothing. You pay when someone starts.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month. Give us a month's notice and we part on good terms.

Why don't you publish prices on the site?

Because the honest answer depends on the role, the hours and the experience level, and a single headline number would be wrong for most people who read it. You get a real number fast, without a sales process.

The people

Where are your sellers based?

Mostly Pakistan, and also the Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, India and Bangladesh. Every rep works US business hours, whichever time zone you need.

What does "2 in 100" actually mean?

Of every hundred applicants, about two reach our bench. They pass a spoken English assessment, a live role-play, an objection gauntlet, a written task and a final interview with references, plus an internet, workspace and hours check.

Can I hear them sell before I hire?

Yes, and this is the part we would most like you to test us on. Every shortlisted rep records a mock call pitching your offer, so you judge actual selling rather than a resume.

Who employs the rep?

We do. Contracts, payroll, HR and time off are handled by us, so you have no international employment admin and no compliance exposure.

Do they work only for me?

Yes. A full-time rep works for one client, inside your tools and your process. They are not shared between businesses.

How it works day to day

How fast can someone start?

Days rather than months, because we shortlist from a bench that has already been vetted. The slowest part is usually your own interview schedule.

Who manages them?

We do, alongside you. You set the priorities and the targets. We handle performance: daily activity reports, monthly call coaching and a success manager you can call when something is off.

What tools do they work in?

Yours. Your CRM, your dialer, your email, your AI stack. We do not sell software and we do not ask you to change tools.

What if it is not working out?

We replace the rep free of charge for as long as the role is managed by us, provided they have been given the agreed leads and a fair ramp. Most agencies cap this at 30 to 90 days.

The honest part

Do you guarantee meetings or revenue?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the work: the calls made, conversations held, follow-ups logged and replies handled, reported to you daily. Whether those conversations convert depends on your offer, your pricing and your lead quality as much as on the rep.

When would you tell me not to hire?

When there is not enough work to fill the seat. Under roughly ten real conversations a month, a dedicated rep runs out of work by lunchtime, and we will say so on the first call rather than take the money.

Isn't AI going to do this job anyway?

Part of it already does, and we think you should use it. AI is better than a human at research, list building and sequencing. It is still poor at the conversation that follows: the objection, the negotiation, the frustrated customer. Between 50 and 70% of AI SDR tools are canceled within a year, roughly double the turnover of the reps they replaced.

Do you only place sales roles?

Yes. Account executives, account managers, senior SDRs and appointment setters. If you need admin or design help, we will point you somewhere good rather than pretend.

Still have a question?

Tell us the role and where revenue is leaking. You get a quote, and an honest view on whether to hire at all.
